A Python runtime for running many computations together. Model calls, transforms, subprocesses, parsers, simulators all coordinate through one append-only log. Every event and every runtime decision lands on that log. You replay it, diff it, or inspect any point. Nine named pieces (Producer, Event, Bus, View, Predicate, Trigger, Route, TerminationPolicy, run record) compose into topologies where a run's shape grows as it unfolds. On PyPI as substrate-kernel. A console for watching, steering, and authoring runs on the Substrate runtime. Pick a run from the rail, watch its graph and event stream, launch or resume. The Studio lets you author a topology on a drag canvas and build it for real. Reads the runtime through its public surfaces only. No framework, no build step, no CDN. PolyForm Noncommercial.

A manufacturing execution record system. 132 operations, 136 events, 43 records, 16 state machines. The specifications were reverse-engineered from public sources (industry standards, published architectures, job postings, regulatory guidance) using a language model and Signal-Driven Development. TypeScript on Node, two storage drivers, 432 tests. Apache 2.0.
